Kim Catechis
Kim heads our Global Emerging Markets Equity team. His sector research specialisation is in energy. He joined SWIP in 1996, established our Latin American equities desk, began managing Emerging Market equities for internal portfolios in 1998 and was appointed Head of Global Emerging Markets team in 2000.
Kim previously worked with Eagle Star, established their ES Inversiones operation in Madrid in 1990 and managed the company. Prior to Eagle Star, Kim worked for Edinburgh Fund Managers’ European team.
Kim holds a BA and an MBA from Stirling University and speaks eight languages.
